Treatment Info

***Currently, only those clients who have been given a treatment-resistant depression diagnosis are eligible for in-home ketamine lozenge prescriptions.***

Prior to embarking on your first ketamine-assisted session, there is a one-time intake session (one-hour long) at a discounted rate in order to establish a sufficient level of trust and understanding between us ($75 or insurance co-pay).

Blake will then refer all new clients to a local prescriber. This visit will be an out-of-pocket cost in order to get prescribed the oral ketamine for your future ketamine-assisted therapy sessions ($80). If you would prefer to have sessions in-clinic, Blake can also offer his facilitation services in that capacity (rates may vary by clinic).

If you are eligible for oral lozenges for in-home treatments*, filling the prescription is approximately $75 from Customedica Pharmacy (North End) for 5-6 sessions worth of medicine depending on body weight and dosage tolerance (~$75). *Clinical administration is also an option for $95 per lozenge session.

If clients would prefer ongoing intramuscular ketamine administration, they will continue to pay $200 per session for the first 6 sessions, at which point this in-clinic rate be discounted further to $150 per session.

Regardless of preferred administration method, Blake’s therapy rate is $125 per two hour ketamine-assisted therapy session. If you have insurance he can accept you should only have a co-pay according to your insurance coverage. ($125 or insurance co-pay)

In between each ketamine session, clients are highly recommended to book a standard one-hour psychotherapy session for integration purposes ($75 or insurance co-pay).

Blake also provides and highly recommends evidence-based eco-therapy sessions (“walk-&-talks”), weather and schedule permitting.
